Sprint has started pushing Android 5.0 Lollipop to its Samsung Galaxy S4. The update is available now for both the one that supports the carrier's High Speed Network (Spark) and the one that doesn't (non Spark). In addition to the Lollipop treat, the Spark-enabled model gets Factory Reset Protection on top, while the Non Spark-enabled model gets only the standard Lollipop treat.
As usual, the update is released in stages and can take some time to appear on your Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4. But if you can't wait, go to Settings > More > System Update > Update Samsung Software > Check now. If prompted, ensure to follow the onscreen instruction to complete the installation.
